Abstract Monitoring and guiding multiple groups of students in face-to-face collaborative work is a demanding task which could possibly be alleviated with the use technological assistant form learning analytics. However, it still unclear whether teachers would indeed trust, understand, such analytics their classroom practice how they interact an assistant. The present research aimed to find out what perception in-service secondary school when provided dashboard based on audio digital trace data monitoring activity. In vignette study, we presented twenty-one videos from authentic activity, together visualizations simple collaboration those activities. perceived dashboards as providers useful information for everyday work. addition assisting collaboration, involved imagined using picking need, getting about individual contribution each collaborator, or even basis assessment.
